These men's moccasins come in three different color: California Tan (brown), Medium Brown or Dark Burgundy. They are hand-crafted by a Native American company called Bastien Industries located in Quebec Canada. They have durable real leather soft soles and a cushy foam insole which are wonderful to walk in. The interior is suede which feels great against your skin. These men's Native American Indian moccasins come in sizes 7 to 15. Size 14 and 15 are an additional $10. These authentic Native American men's moccasins fit true to size. Order the same as your regular shoe size. They do not come in half sizes. For half sizes go down to the next full size. Genuine leather should fit snugly at first as the leather will stretch and mold to your foot for a comfortable fit. The length should always feel right when you first put the moccasins on. (your toe should never feel like it is busting out of the seam) If you need to tighten your traditional style moccasins for a more comfortable fit, you can do so with the rawhide leather laces that go through the back. The below size chart converts UK, EU and US foot sizes. The cm measurement is to be measured from your heel to your toe. Most of our shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, however each individual product has information with recommended sizing. Please see individual product page for more detailed sizing recommendations. Please also click on this link for a PDF printout to help you with child sizing. *Be sure to cross-reference this chart with the specific product page size recommendations. (If this chart says you are an 8½, but our product page recommends ordering a size 7 for a US 8½, order accordingly)
All returns must have a RA (return authorization) on the label, please contact us first via email and we'll provide a RMA number and the address to return to.
To attain an RA:
Please email us at email@example.com, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - (NO EXCEPTIONS)* for an exchange or refund. DO NOT write or label the box, please wrap it first.
If a refund is required, only the purchase and taxes will be refunded, not the shipping. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping via POSTAL SERVICE. We cannot accept any COD return. Indicate clearly "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY".
Please note that should a partial return for refund be the case, which would cause your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.
