Description

This is the perfect gift set for men for any occasion. Featuring a pair wool mittens and matching wool socks. The durable woolen mittens have polypropylene, to keep you even drier. They are Canadian made from 70% Wool and 30% Polypropylene. The matching work socks are strong and durable thanks to the double-twisted wool yarn. They are crew length (6-8") and contain 50% Wool, 25% Acrylic, 20% Nylon, 4% other fibres (recycled) and 1% Spandex. The perfect blend for comfort and durability. These men's wool sock and mittens gift set come in a Natural Grey color and are authentic woolen sock made entirely in Canada. These work socks feature heat regulation, moisture control, naturally anti-odor, fire resistant and easy care.

All Duray products are pre-washed and pre-shrunk. You can have peace of mind placing them in the washing machine and dryer if you follow these tips:
• Wash in water not exceeding 40 °C in a domestic or commercial machine at a normal setting.
• Do not bleach.
• Tumble-dry low heat (maximum 55 °C) at a permanent press setting.

Sizing

These particular socks come in size Large & X-Large. The mittens in both gift sets are size Large.

 

The below size chart converts UK, EU and US foot sizes. The cm measurement is to be measured from your heel to your toe. Most of our shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, however each individual product has information with recommended sizing. Please see individual product page for more detailed sizing recommendations. Please also click on this link for a PDF printout to help you with child sizing. *Be sure to cross-reference this chart with the specific product page size recommendations. (If this chart says you are an 8½, but our product page recommends ordering a size 7 for a US 8½, order accordingly) 

 

 

Refunds

All returns must have a RA (return authorization) on the label, please contact us first via email and we'll provide a RMA number and the address to return to.  

To attain an RA:
Please email us at info@thebrownbear.ca, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - (NO EXCEPTIONS)*  for an exchange or refund.  DO NOT write or label the box, please wrap it first.

If a refund is required, only the purchase and taxes will be refunded, not the shipping. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping via POSTAL SERVICE. We cannot accept any COD return. Indicate clearly "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY".

Please note that should a partial return for refund be the case,  which would cause your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.
