This stylish hat is both fashionable and warm. It has real rabbit fur lining the ear flaps, the front at the forehead and around the back of the neck. The white rabbit fur is warm and super soft to the touch. The exterior is covered in genuine wool knit and genuine leather in a black and white colour combo. The interior of this aviator hat is lined with 100% polyester for ultimate warmth. The ear flaps have leather chin straps that you can buckle to keep you extra warm on the coldest of days. You can flip the ear flaps up and buckle with the straps for warmer days. This hat looks great on both men and women alike and we carry unisex sizes medium, large, and x-large. HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD

Head Measurement

Measure around your head making sure the tape passes across the Centre of the forehead, above the ears and over the natural bump at the back of the head. Don't have a measurement tape? Use a string around head, then measure it on a ruler.

The below size chart converts UK, EU and US foot sizes. The cm measurement is to be measured from your heel to your toe. Most of our shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, however each individual product has information with recommended sizing. (If this chart says you are an 8½, but our product page recommends ordering a size 7 for a US 8½, order accordingly) 

 

 

Refunds

All returns must have a RA (return authorization) on the label, please contact us first via email and we'll provide a RMA number and the address to return to.  

To attain an RA:
Please email us at info@thebrownbear.ca, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - (NO EXCEPTIONS)*  for an exchange or refund.  DO NOT write or label the box, please wrap it first.

If a refund is required, only the purchase and taxes will be refunded, not the shipping. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping via POSTAL SERVICE. We cannot accept any COD return. Indicate clearly "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY".

Please note that should a partial return for refund be the case,  which would cause your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.
