Description

These women's moccasin ballet earthing shoes are handmade from genuine moose hide leather in a maple tan or black color and allow you to be grounded and connected to the earth. Please enjoy our blog featuring these moccasins with additional product information and photos "Taking Steps to Re-Connect". The soles features two layers of natural leather perfect for connecting to the Earth's electrons. The second layer of leather is a more durable chromexcel sole which is stronger intended for outdoor use while Earthing. (please note they are a little bit slippery until you break them in) The more moccasins are worn the more conductive they become as the moisture from your feet mix with the leather. These ladies ballet style moccasin slipper shoes have no synthetic materials in the sole. They come in women's size 5-10 and are handmade by a Native American Company in Canada called Bastien Industries. We recommend you order one full size smaller than  your regular shoe size. For half sizes go down to 1 1/2 size less. (8 ½ order a size 7)

 

Please note, soft sole moccasins that have been misused outdoors (worn on rough surfaces such as concrete and cement) cannot be returned. Please preserve your moccasins by avoiding these types of surfaces.

The below size chart converts UK, EU and US foot sizes. The cm measurement is to be measured from your heel to your toe. Most of our shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, however each individual product has information with recommended sizing. Please see individual product page for more detailed sizing recommendations. Please also click on this link for a PDF printout to help you with child sizing. *Be sure to cross-reference this chart with the specific product page size recommendations. (If this chart says you are an 8½, but our product page recommends ordering a size 7 for a US 8½, order accordingly) 

 

 

Refunds

All returns must have a RA (return authorization) on the label, please contact us first via email and we'll provide a RMA number and the address to return to.  

To attain an RA:
Please email us at info@thebrownbear.ca, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - (NO EXCEPTIONS)*  for an exchange or refund.  DO NOT write or label the box, please wrap it first.

If a refund is required, only the purchase and taxes will be refunded, not the shipping. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping via POSTAL SERVICE. We cannot accept any COD return. Indicate clearly "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY".

Please note that should a partial return for refund be the case,  which would cause your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.

**BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY DEALS - REFUNDS:
Please note that when a refund is requested on returns made that had Black Friday/Cyber Monday discounts may result in your order not qualifying for those discounts. The amount refunded will reflect which discount category your remaining order qualifies for (or doesn't qualify for).
