A little bit about each soap:

Breakfast On the Boat - From farm to shower, this skin-nourishing bar features milk from local farmers and hand-ground oats for gentle exfoliation. Fragrant notes of milk, almond, and warm honey make this soap reminiscent of slow farmhouse mornings.

Basket of Berries - inspired by Indigenous communities with their cedar-woven baskets brimming with wild berries. Notes of sun-ripened berries and vanilla complete this mouth-watering bar.

Call Auntie - We all have that one Auntie who holds the spirit of affection, candor, and confidentiality. Infused with the sweetness of summer fruit and the warmth of sugared musk, it's a delightful reminder of her love.

Coastal Lavender - Embrace the aroma of British Columbia's lavender fields, paired with a triple milk blend, to replenish the skin's moisture barrier. Made with premium, organic British Columbia lavender essential oil.

Rainsong - Imagine dashing through a Pacific rainstorm to seek shelter. Take a moment and listen to the rain song as the scent of sea salt, agave, and earthy vetiver drifts through the air.

This product is handcrafted and inspired by Indigenous heritage crafted with care on Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Located in Campbell River, on the traditional lands of the Ligwiłda’xw people, each item is made in small batches using high-quality, natural ingredients. Each item captures the spirit of its origins, blending artistry and tradition to bring you luxurious, Canadian-made self-care essentials.

The below size chart converts UK, EU and US foot sizes. The cm measurement is to be measured from your heel to your toe. Most of our shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, however each individual product has information with recommended sizing. Please see individual product page for more detailed sizing recommendations. Please also click on this link for a PDF printout to help you with child sizing. *Be sure to cross-reference this chart with the specific product page size recommendations. (If this chart says you are an 8½, but our product page recommends ordering a size 7 for a US 8½, order accordingly) 

 

 

All returns must have a RA (return authorization) on the label, please contact us first via email and we'll provide a RMA number and the address to return to.

Alternatively you can email us at info@thebrownbear.ca, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - (NO EXCEPTIONS)*  for an exchange or refund.  DO NOT write or label the box, please wrap it first.

If a refund is required, only the purchase and taxes will be refunded, not the shipping. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping via POSTAL SERVICE. We cannot accept any COD return. Indicate clearly "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY".

Please note that should a partial return for refund be the case,  which would cause your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.

Package must not be damaged, written on, or taped.

**BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY DEALS - REFUNDS:
Please note that when a refund is requested on returns made that had Black Friday/Cyber Monday discounts may result in your order not qualifying for those discounts. The amount refunded will reflect which discount category your remaining order qualifies for (or doesn't qualify for).

**CHRISTMAS GIFTS/ORDERS:
Return period is extended for Christmas orders. Please be sure to contact us by January 15 to facilitate returns/exchanges of Christmas gifts.
