These wool deck shoes are marked final clearance. No returns are accepted on final clearance items. These XTRATUF® Homer Sneaker deck shoes are inspired by Alaska commercial fishermen who prefer to step into a lightweight shoe during the down time when they aren't working the decks or when the fish aren't biting. Please enjoy our blog post featuring these felt deck shoes "Back to the Basics". The Homer is water resistant with a slipper like feel. It features a soft wool upper with a full faux-shearling lining keeping you warm and cozy, while the molded EVA insole provides added comfort. The classic XTRATUF® non-marking Chevron outsole delivers great slip resistance in this easy-to-wear step-in shoe. These casual slipper shoes not only look and feel great but also keep you safe and sure-footed. These slipper shoes come in men's sizes 5-13. These shoes are unisex and are suited for women as well as men. When ordering for women simply order a full size down from your regular shoe size. FOR MEN: based on customer feedback we recommend ordering up one whole size up. For half sizes order up to the nearest full size.

The below size chart converts UK, EU and US foot sizes. The cm measurement is to be measured from your heel to your toe. Most of our shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, however each individual product has information with recommended sizing. Please see individual product page for more detailed sizing recommendations. Please also click on this link for a PDF printout to help you with child sizing. *Be sure to cross-reference this chart with the specific product page size recommendations. (If this chart says you are an 8½, but our product page recommends ordering a size 7 for a US 8½, order accordingly) 

 

 

Refunds

All returns must have a RA (return authorization) on the label, please contact us first via email and we'll provide a RMA number and the address to return to.  

To attain an RA:
Please email us at info@thebrownbear.ca, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - (NO EXCEPTIONS)*  for an exchange or refund.  DO NOT write or label the box, please wrap it first.

If a refund is required, only the purchase and taxes will be refunded, not the shipping. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping via POSTAL SERVICE. We cannot accept any COD return. Indicate clearly "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY".

Please note that should a partial return for refund be the case,  which would cause your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.

Please note that when a refund is requested on returns made that had Black Friday/Cyber Monday discounts may result in your order not qualifying for those discounts. The amount refunded will reflect which discount category your remaining order qualifies for (or doesn't qualify for).
