Description

These women's soft sole moccasin slippers are specifically designed for women who have wide feet. Sometimes it takes a while to stretch out genuine leather moccasins, but these will provide you a comfortable fit right from the time you slip them on your feet. Not only are they designed with a wide foot bed, these ladies soft sole moccasin slippers are Canadian handmade from real leather in a cork tan color. Real leather stretches and molds to your feet for ultimate comfort. They have a double layer of leather on the soles with a foam insole for added padding and cushioning while you walk.

These women's extra wide fit moccasins have a hand-stitched vamp and rawhide leather laces for tightening. The interior is lined with suede which feels great against your bare skin. These high-quality, traditional style ladies moccasin slippers are handmade by a Canadian company called Alfred Cloutier. This style comes from their Barbo Native American style Wakonsun brand. Wakonsun footwear offers casual comfort and appealing style. They are available in women's sizes 5-10. These women's extra wide width moccasins fit true to size. These moccasins do not come in half sizes. If you wear a half size, go down to the next full size (8 ½ order size 8). If you have any questions about sizing, email us your foot measurements and we can help.  When you first put on a pair of moccasins, they should fit snugly as the leather will stretch and mold to your feet. The length should always feel right when you first put the moccasins on. (your toe should never feel like it is busting out of the seam)

The below size chart converts UK, EU and US foot sizes. The cm measurement is to be measured from your heel to your toe. Most of our shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, however each individual product has information with recommended sizing. Please see individual product page for more detailed sizing recommendations. Please also click on this link for a PDF printout to help you with child sizing. *Be sure to cross-reference this chart with the specific product page size recommendations. (If this chart says you are an 8½, but our product page recommends ordering a size 7 for a US 8½, order accordingly) 

 

 

Refunds

All returns must have a RA (return authorization) on the label, please contact us first via email and we'll provide a RMA number and the address to return to.  

To attain an RA:
Please email us at info@thebrownbear.ca, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - (NO EXCEPTIONS)*  for an exchange or refund.  DO NOT write or label the box, please wrap it first.

If a refund is required, only the purchase and taxes will be refunded, not the shipping. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping via POSTAL SERVICE. We cannot accept any COD return. Indicate clearly "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY".

Please note that should a partial return for refund be the case,  which would cause your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.
