These Felt Slippers are marked final clearance. No returns are accepted on final clearance items.

These women's FINAL CLEARANCE felt slippers are durable and warm. Please enjoy our blog post featuring these warm felt slipper "Return of the House Shoe". The are made from wool felt which is a natural insulator and resilient to wear and tear. These ladies felt slippers are strong and will retain their shape, yet cozy and they have a toasty plush wool lining throughout. They come in a nice light grey color with navy blue accents along the stitching at the top and back of the booties. For convenience and easy on-and-off they have a velcro closure and are slightly above ankle height. We recommend these women's ankle bootie felt slippers to be worn indoors and they feature a durable rubber sole. These slippers have been carefully crafted in Poland with precision and excellence.  These ankle high women's felt bootie style slippers fit true to size. Order the same as your regular shoe size. They do not come in half sizes. For half sizes go up to the next full size. (8 ½ order size 39)

The below size chart converts UK, EU and US foot sizes. The cm measurement is to be measured from your heel to your toe. Most of our shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, however each individual product has information with recommended sizing. (If this chart says you are an 8½, but our product page recommends ordering a size 7 for a US 8½, order accordingly) 

 

 

Refunds

All returns must have a RA (return authorization) on the label, please contact us first via email and we'll provide a RMA number and the address to return to.  

To attain an RA:
Please email us at info@thebrownbear.ca, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - (NO EXCEPTIONS)*  for an exchange or refund.  DO NOT write or label the box, please wrap it first.

If a refund is required, only the purchase and taxes will be refunded, not the shipping. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping via POSTAL SERVICE. We cannot accept any COD return. Indicate clearly "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY".

Please note that should a partial return for refund be the case,  which would cause your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.
