Description

These women's Mukluk winter boots are beautiful, classy, and warm. They are lined entirely throughout with a cozy fleece material in the shaft of the boot and the footbed. These ladies' mukluks are Canadian, handmade from genuine leather in either Old Brown or White, featuring a beautiful traditional Native-style hand-beaded design on the vamp and the front of the mukluks. These women's winter mukluk boots feature a matching fur collar around the shaft, accented with pom-poms. The white mukluks have cayote fur, and the old brown mukluks have rabbit fur. These ladies' mukluks are tall and considered to be mid-calf height, approximately 13" from the ground up, and the opening is approximately 14.5" circumference. They have a durable outdoor crepe sole and are super easy to slip on and off.

We carry women's sizes 5-10, and they fit the same as your regular shoe size. They do not come in half sizes; if you wear a half size, order down to the nearest full size (9 ½ or size 9).

The below size chart converts UK, EU and US foot sizes. The cm measurement is to be measured from your heel to your toe. Most of our shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, however each individual product has information with recommended sizing. Please see individual product page for more detailed sizing recommendations. Please also click on this link for a PDF printout to help you with child sizing. *Be sure to cross-reference this chart with the specific product page size recommendations. (If this chart says you are an 8½, but our product page recommends ordering a size 7 for a US 8½, order accordingly) 

 

 

All returns must have a RA (return authorization) on the label, please contact us first via email and we'll provide a RMA number and the address to return to.

Alternatively you can email us at info@thebrownbear.ca, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - (NO EXCEPTIONS)*  for an exchange or refund.  DO NOT write or label the box, please wrap it first.

If a refund is required, only the purchase and taxes will be refunded, not the shipping. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping via POSTAL SERVICE. We cannot accept any COD return. Indicate clearly "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY".

Please note that should a partial return for refund be the case,  which would cause your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.
