Women's Moose Hide Earthing Moccasins
$107.50 USD
Description
These women's genuine wild moose hide leather moccasins are perfect for connecting with the Earth. They are ideal shoes for ladies who want to practice Earthing, as they do not contain any synthetic materials. There is no foam; instead, it features a double layer of leather, and the bottom is made of heavy, oil-tan leather with a highly durable sole. We hope you take the time to read our blog featuring these earthing moccasins, "Welcome to Earthing". These authentic Native American ladies' moccasins feature a double hand-stitched vamp and are equipped with rawhide laces for easy tightening. They are handmade from wild moose hide leather, which is one of the strongest and most durable leathers.
They come in two colours, Maple Tan and Black, and are available in women's sizes 4-10. They run large, order at least one full size down (8 order size 7, 8 ½ order size 7). Please note that you may notice a slight bleeding of the oil on the moose hide. This is entirely natural, as the moose hide will absorb some of the coloration from the oil-tan.
Note: Stitching Change
All the new Bastien moccasins feature a single stitch at the sole. Bastien Industries now uses MEC-Val machines from Italy, which create simple lockstitch seams. This means that even if one stitch breaks, the next stitch is securely tied with a knot, ensuring durability.

Moose Hide
Moose and buffalo are wild animals, therefore they incur wounds and scarring during their lifetime. These scars and marks can show up in the leather as what may appear to be imperfections, but in fact, are unique to each pair of moccasins. They are part of the animal's story-line. Please enjoy our blog explaining the uniqueness of rich full-grain wild leather "Wild & Free".
