These men's indoor slippers are made of 100% luxurious genuine sheepskin. To learn more about these slippers please read our blog "Winter Warm Up". The entire inside and trim of these slippers are hand-crafted out of thick and wooly sheepskin keeping your feet warm and cozy all winter long. The outside of these slippers are a durable and fine suede finish in Mocha Tan color and the trim and sole is a Dark Tan color. They have an ultra-durable soft suede sole and are best for indoor use. These men's sheepskin slippers are high-quality and handmade in Canada. They are available in men's sizes 7-13 and the brand is Laurentian Chief. Please note the new version of these slippers has a white sheepskin trim, not a tan trim as shown in the pictures. These men's sheepskin slippers fit true to size. They do not come in half sizes. If you wear a half size, go down to the nearest full size. (10½ order size 10) Moccasin slippers should fit snug when you first put them on since they will loosen and stretch to mold to your feet.

The below size chart converts UK, EU and US foot sizes. The cm measurement is to be measured from your heel to your toe. Most of our shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, however each individual product has information with recommended sizing. Please see individual product page for more detailed sizing recommendations. Please also click on this link for a PDF printout to help you with child sizing. *Be sure to cross-reference this chart with the specific product page size recommendations. (If this chart says you are an 8½, but our product page recommends ordering a size 7 for a US 8½, order accordingly)
All returns must have a RA (return authorization) on the label, please contact us first via email and we'll provide a RMA number and the address to return to.
To attain an RA:
Please email us at email@example.com, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - (NO EXCEPTIONS)* for an exchange or refund. DO NOT write or label the box, please wrap it first.
If a refund is required, only the purchase and taxes will be refunded, not the shipping. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping via POSTAL SERVICE. We cannot accept any COD return. Indicate clearly "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY".
Please note that should a partial return for refund be the case, which would cause your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.

Please note that when a refund is requested on returns made that had Black Friday/Cyber Monday discounts may result in your order not qualifying for those discounts. The amount refunded will reflect which discount category your remaining order qualifies for (or doesn't qualify for).
Return period is extended for Christmas orders. Please be sure to contact us by January 15 to facilitate returns/exchanges of Christmas gifts.
