These beautifully crafted mittens are the perfect blend of warmth, style, and sustainability. Made in Canada by an Indigenous-owned company, each pair features a durable wool-blend shell composed of 50% recycled polyester, 30% acrylic, and 20% recycled wool, making them ideal for everyday wear and outdoor adventures. The luxuriously soft sherpa lining provides exceptional comfort and gradually moulds to the shape of your hands over time for a personalized fit. These mittens offer a timeless, natural look that complements any winter wardrobe. Because each pair is cut from patterned fabric, every set has its own unique design, ensuring a truly one-of-a-kind accessory. Available in Small/Medium only. Please note that pattern placement may vary from the images shown.

Made In Canada

This product is manufactured in Gatineau, Québec, and collaborates with Indigenous artists to create exclusive designs. Each product is cut and sewn in Canada from eco-friendly fabric, producing the highest quality products that will stand the test of time. Each item is constructed from scratch, choosing materials that add to the product's functionality, uniqueness, and durability.

The below size chart converts UK, EU and US foot sizes. The cm measurement is to be measured from your heel to your toe. Most of our shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, however each individual product has information with recommended sizing. Please see individual product page for more detailed sizing recommendations. Please also click on this link for a PDF printout to help you with child sizing. *Be sure to cross-reference this chart with the specific product page size recommendations. (If this chart says you are an 8½, but our product page recommends ordering a size 7 for a US 8½, order accordingly) 

 

 

 

All returns must have a RA (return authorization) on the label, please contact us first via email and we'll provide a RMA number and the address to return to.

Alternatively you can email us at info@thebrownbear.ca, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - (NO EXCEPTIONS)*  for an exchange or refund.  DO NOT write or label the box, please wrap it first.

If a refund is required, only the purchase and taxes will be refunded, not the shipping. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping via POSTAL SERVICE. We cannot accept any COD return. Indicate clearly "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY".

Please note that should a partial return for refund be the case,  which would cause your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.

Package must not be damaged, written on, or taped.

**BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY DEALS - REFUNDS:
Please note that when a refund is requested on returns made that had Black Friday/Cyber Monday discounts may result in your order not qualifying for those discounts. The amount refunded will reflect which discount category your remaining order qualifies for (or doesn't qualify for).

**CHRISTMAS GIFTS/ORDERS:
Return period is extended for Christmas orders. Please be sure to contact us by January 15 to facilitate returns/exchanges of Christmas gifts.
