Leather Amore is a great leather cleaner and conditioner as it not only cleans and conditions, but also prevents soiling and retards water spotting. Buffed to luster, it keeps your leather attractive and supple. Aside from your shoes, it can also be used on leather furniture, leather and vinyl car upholstery and leather coats and purses.
Leather Amore penetrates leather to get dirt and grime out by gently lifting smudges and boosting the life of the leather with special oils and conditioners. Regular care and cleaning will add tremendously to the life of your leather moccasins. WILL CAUSE COLOR CHANGE ON: Leather that is natural (no finish) such as aniline, naked and smoke tanned. If Leather Amore is used on these leathers treat the entire article to attain the most uniform tone possible. Be aware that these leathers come with no protective coating and stain easily and permanently. NOT FOR USE ON: Suede, roughout, nubuck or split leather. Shake well before applying. Rub in a generous amount of Leather Amore with a cloth to lift out dirt and soil. Let dry. Buff to a luster. On Vinyls, apply as above and buff while still damp.
The below size chart converts UK, EU and US foot sizes. The cm measurement is to be measured from your heel to your toe. Most of our shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, however each individual product has information with recommended sizing. Please see individual product page for more detailed sizing recommendations. Please also click on this link for a PDF printout to help you with child sizing. *Be sure to cross-reference this chart with the specific product page size recommendations. (If this chart says you are an 8½, but our product page recommends ordering a size 7 for a US 8½, order accordingly)
All returns must have a RA (return authorization) on the label, please contact us first via email and we'll provide a RMA number and the address to return to.
To attain an RA:
Please email us at email@example.com, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - (NO EXCEPTIONS)* for an exchange or refund. DO NOT write or label the box, please wrap it first.
If a refund is required, only the purchase and taxes will be refunded, not the shipping. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping via POSTAL SERVICE. We cannot accept any COD return. Indicate clearly "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY".
Please note that should a partial return for refund be the case, which would cause your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.
