Description

If you need a little extra warmth in your shoes or winter boots, these men's or women's thick sheepskin insoles will give you the renewed comfort you are looking for. These insoles, made in Canada from genuine shearling wool, offer comfort and warmth and have a thick, cozy sheepskin layer with a suede back. You can cut these luxurious sheepskin insoles to the correct size to fit your footwear perfectly. Genuine sheepskin has naturally moisture-wicking properties, which will help your feet keep a regular temperature and not sweat. They come in unisex sizes sizes small to xx-large.

The below size chart converts UK, EU and US foot sizes. The cm measurement is to be measured from your heel to your toe. Most of our shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, however each individual product has information with recommended sizing. Please see individual product page for more detailed sizing recommendations. Please also click on this link for a PDF printout to help you with child sizing. *Be sure to cross-reference this chart with the specific product page size recommendations. (If this chart says you are an 8½, but our product page recommends ordering a size 7 for a US 8½, order accordingly) 

 

 

 

All returns must have a RA (return authorization) on the label, please contact us first via email and we'll provide a RMA number and the address to return to.

Alternatively you can email us at info@thebrownbear.ca, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - (NO EXCEPTIONS)*  for an exchange or refund.  DO NOT write or label the box, please wrap it first.

Returns and exchanges with Leather-Moccasins are subject to the following strict conditions:
  • Return Authorization Required: We cannot accept any returns without a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Shipping Costs: The customer is always responsible for return shipping fees. We cannot accept COD deliveries. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges:
    • Domestic: We cover the shipping costs to send the new replacement pair back to you. (Within Canada and the U.S.)
    • International: For overseas orders, the customer must pay the shipping costs for the exchanged package.
  • Refunds: Refunds are only issued after we receive and inspect the merchandise to ensure it complies with our policy.
  • Packaging: All items must be packed in their original packaging, including the shoebox and tags attached. (When applicable)


Please note that should a partial return for refund be the case,  which would cause your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.

Package must not be damaged, written on, or taped.

**BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY DEALS - REFUNDS:
Please note that when a refund is requested on returns made that had Black Friday/Cyber Monday discounts may result in your order not qualifying for those discounts. The amount refunded will reflect which discount category your remaining order qualifies for (or doesn't qualify for).

**CHRISTMAS GIFTS/ORDERS:
Return period is extended for Christmas orders. Please be sure to contact us by January 15 to facilitate returns/exchanges of Christmas gifts.

My mom had put some wierd adhesive with foam in her mom's. I went to my Potawatomi pow wow and couldn't even wear them. I was so happy when I saw your sheepskin and leather insoles! I just had to take about an inch or so and they fit like perfection. Im so proud to walk and dance in my mother's shoes!
