Description

These women's traditional style, ankle moccasin shoes are equal in fashion and comfort. Some of the unique Native American features include an Indian braid that decorates the top shaft of the moccasins, a unique hand-beaded design on the vamp and a trendy fold-over fringe that wraps around the footbed. These ladies' moccasin shoes are handmade from a durable genuine suede leather in a Chocolate Brown colour. They can be worn indoors as a house shoe or outdoors as they have a flexible crepe rubber sole. They will keep your feet warm and toasty as the interior is lined with a cozy fleece lining. They are easy to slip on and off, making them a convenient casual shoe to wear every day.

We carry women's sizes 5-10. They fit the same as your regular shoe size. These women's moccasins do not come in half sizes. If you wear a half size, order down to the nearest full size. (9 ½ order size 9).

The below size chart converts UK, EU and US foot sizes. The cm measurement is to be measured from your heel to your toe. Most of our shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, however each individual product has information with recommended sizing. Please see individual product page for more detailed sizing recommendations. Please also click on this link for a PDF printout to help you with child sizing. *Be sure to cross-reference this chart with the specific product page size recommendations. (If this chart says you are an 8½, but our product page recommends ordering a size 7 for a US 8½, order accordingly) 

 

 

All returns must have a RA (return authorization) on the label, please contact us first via email and we'll provide a RMA number and the address to return to.

Alternatively you can email us at info@thebrownbear.ca, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - (NO EXCEPTIONS)*  for an exchange or refund.  DO NOT write or label the box, please wrap it first.

If a refund is required, only the purchase and taxes will be refunded, not the shipping. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping via POSTAL SERVICE. We cannot accept any COD return. Indicate clearly "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY".

Please note that should a partial return for refund be the case,  which would cause your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.
