Description

These boots are unique from anything you'll find in chain stores. Not only are they one-of-a-kind, they are Canadian-made from quality leathers and furs with hand-beaded details. These women's short Tsar mukluks winter boots combine luxury and style. They are the best 'every day' winter boots that you can quickly slide on and off since they reach slightly above your ankle and are approximately 8" tall. These ladies' winter mukluk boots are Canadian-made from genuine suede leather in a chic Black colour and have matching real rabbit fur around the entire boot shaft, which is soft and fuzzy. They have a durable black outdoor crepe/rubber sole and a hand-beaded design on the vamp. These women's Native American-style short mukluks are cozy, thanks to their warm fleece lining throughout the footbed and shaft of the boot.

We carry women's sizes 5-10, which fit the same as your regular shoe size. They do not come in half sizes. If you wear a half size, order down to the nearest full size. (9 ½ or size 9). We recommend treating the genuine suede with a leather protector to make it water-resistant.

The below size chart converts UK, EU and US foot sizes. The cm measurement is to be measured from your heel to your toe. Most of our shoes fit the same as your regular shoe size, however each individual product has information with recommended sizing. Please see individual product page for more detailed sizing recommendations. Please also click on this link for a PDF printout to help you with child sizing. *Be sure to cross-reference this chart with the specific product page size recommendations. (If this chart says you are an 8½, but our product page recommends ordering a size 7 for a US 8½, order accordingly) 

 

 

All returns must have a RA (return authorization) on the label, please contact us first via email and we'll provide a RMA number and the address to return to.

Alternatively you can email us at info@thebrownbear.ca, and state your order number, and what you'd like (refund or exchange). If you have not received an answer within 48 hours, please be sure to check your junk, or promotions folder, in case our response went there. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE - (NO EXCEPTIONS)*  for an exchange or refund.  DO NOT write or label the box, please wrap it first.

If a refund is required, only the purchase and taxes will be refunded, not the shipping. Please note that the customer pays for return shipping via POSTAL SERVICE. We cannot accept any COD return. Indicate clearly "RETURN FOR EXCHANGE ONLY".

Please note that should a partial return for refund be the case,  which would cause your order to no longer qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.
