Yes these moccasins can be worn outside as they have a rubber sole on the bottom.
These ballerina moccasins will not work for grounding/earthing as they have a rubber sole on the bottom. We do have styles that are only leather on the bottom. Search for SKU: B6116, BB110MAL or 6117. We also have a category under our products page called EARTHING.

January 27, 2023I go barefoot 95% of the time and Id like a pair of moccasins that I can wear outside. These Ballet Slippers sound like they would suffice as long as I stay out of water. Is this true??
